Year 4 children were invited to meet award winning children’s novelist and poet,
Michael Rosen
At
St
Joseph’s Church
On
Monday
2nd December
Michael
spoke to the children about being an author. Apparently, he has four university
degrees!!
He
recited many of his well-known funny poems getting the children to join in.
Laughter
and excitement filled the church especially when he enacted his famous poem, ‘Chocolate
Cake’.
Maybe
next time he will come to our school. Fingers crossed!
