Mental Health Awareness Week

 NEW BOOKS

As part of

Mental Health Awareness Week

the National Literacy Trust and

Get Islington Reading

sent us a selection of books for our children to read and learn more about

mental health.

We can all help in improving our mental health by starting a new daily habit of
reading for 10 mins and feeling good.

There are lots of tips and activities for families to encourage reading at home on the
National Literacy Trust

Thank you
